Picture inspired me this thought:

We can never fully understand God and His creation. But we know enough: Nails didn´t keep Jesus on the cross, His love for us sinners did. And through faith in Him, we have everlasting joy not just in Heaven, but here on Earth too.

Thanks for the invite but I have an Easter blog project already simmering. I am intrigued by the photo and the attendant quote. I will be interested to see where people take this one!

May we all be careful to not speed by the cross to get to the empty tomb. Let us walk with him to the garden, the beating, the long road to Golgotha, and the cross.
